REFUND/REPLACEMENT
We accept returns for defective items only with picture/video proof within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@whiskersandclaws.com. We request that you refrain from directly returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you received a faulty product, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product or video (whichever shows the product defect)
*It's essential to note that partial or no refunds may be considered in specific situations, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
REPLACEMENT
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our fault. We can't replace items due to misuse. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@whiskersandclaws.com. We may require some items to be returned to us before sending a replacement.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@whiskersandclaws.com
